What is a Top Tom? Top Tom H8 Two Dollar Bill?
I recently received a "rendered" two dollar bill as change. I took it to the bank and they told me it was real but not minted this way. At the bottom it says Top Tom H8. The Banker told me she has heard of Top Tom but couldn't tell me anymore than that. Does any one know what Top Tom H8 means?
